You may own maximally three active cards.
Visit www.okpunktstrich.ch/cards and go directly to my.cornercard.ch/ok.
During registration/activation you will be asked to provide the last four digits of your card and the serial number.
Subsequently, you can enter your personal data (in particular your mobile phone number) and select a user name and password.
You will receive a confirmation of card activation by SMS.
Both cards can be loaded in all k kiosk, avec and Press & Books sales outlets.
Max. CHF 5'000 a calendar year.
The card can be used within 10 minutes.

With your ok.– Prepaid VISA or Mastercard you can make cashless payments at more than 33 mio. dealers worldwide.
During the registration process, you must provide your mobile telephone number and personal data such as for instance first name, surname, address, date of birth, nationality, e-mail address.
Cash withdrawals at ATMs are not possible with the “Basic” modality. You can “upgrade” your modality if you would like to make cash withdrawals at ATMs.
As a general principle, you can perform a contactless payment with your card wherever payment terminals are activated. Normally, you can recognise the contactless logo at the wave signal.
You have to report your complaints directly to Cornèr Bank without delay and in writing and definitely within 30 days after the booking date.
The validity of your ok.– Prepaid VISA or Mastercard can be found on the front of the card (Valid Thru).

You can simply activate the new card via my.cornercard.ch/ok or the number 0900 90 41 41 (CHF 1.90/minute on the landline).
You can apply for the refunding of the balance minus the administration costs of Cornèr Bank (in accordance with the chart on the revers). For this, you simply need to send your application to Cornèr Bank directly by registered letter with a copy of an official identification document and provide details of the bank or postal account of the card holder in Switzerland (in exceptional cases also abroad).

There is no reason for that to happen...
In the event of loss or theft of the card you have to inform Cornèr Bank immediately by phone (+41 (0)58 880 98 14). The Help Line is there for you 24/7 and will inform you regarding the possibilities of getting a new card or receiving the remaining balance.
You can send an SMS with the command “PIN+the last 4 digits of your card number” to the number +41 (0)78 202 94 94 or request a call to your mobile telephone number via your account on my.cornercard.ch/ok. The voice on the phone will provide you with your personal PIN code for your card.
